The map below depicts the different sections of land appropriated to Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) and Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA). The lands appropriated to ADC will be in support to The Whitmore Project. The Whitmore Project will include farmlands, an Ag-Tech Park, a Whitmore Annex, a wastewater reclaim facility, and workforce housing. To learn more about each section, see maps below.

Whitmore Ag-Tech Park:
The Ag-Tech Park through the Hi-Tech Development Corporation,
would house software and manufacturing companies that develop
technology and equipment for farmers.

Whitmore Annex:
Formally the Tamura's Warehouse, this structure will be retrofitted
for additional food safety, packaging and processing, storage, and
office space.

Wastewater Reclaim Facility:
The Hawaii Housing Finance Development Corporation owns land
which can be used for a wastewater reclaim facility. Wahiawa
Wastewater Treatment Plant outputs 1.6 MGD and R-1 water can be
used for agricultural purposes.
